To find your found object faster, please send us an e-mail or have the following information available when you call:
- Information about the place and time of the loss
- Exact description of the object (brand, material, colour, size, imprint, engravings, photos, etc.)
- For mobile devices Manufacturer, model, IMEI number of the device/SIM card number (both can be found in the purchase documents)
Free pick-up on site or paid shipping possible (processing fee 15.- euro including VAT, plus insured shipping costs). Collection by third parties is possible with ID & power of attorney.
